Hello there! My name is Laura Finley. I am a mother of two amazing little girls and a wife to my favorite guy in the whole world. I have lived in Michigan my whole life and was blessed to grow up in the country where I still live happily tucked back in the woods in our country home, on our little farm.

My photography style is natural, relaxed, and fun.  I am obsessed with watching the way light falls on objects to create a mood. I love photographing details to create an entire story, and  I strive to create something fresh and new with each time I photograph. It is so important to me to create authentic photos. What is your lifestyle? Maybe it is the outdoors, just being in nature or being indoors, in the kitchen baking, or in the city with coffee shops, restaurants, city lights, whatever it may be, I want your personality to shine.

I also feel it is important to know a little about the photographer. I am a very passionate person, when I am in love with something I am all in.  The most important thing to me in life is God and my relationship with him. I absolutely love being with my family and honestly would love to spend every waking moment with them. My family and I love to be outdoors, camp, hike, fish, kayak, ride bikes, travel Michigan and spend time with our animals. Then there is photography, it feeds my soul, seeing things through my eyes, onto a photograph completely amazes me. Seeing how movement and light can be captured to create memories just blows my mind. I am completely obsessed with it. I also love cameras, lenses, running, fitness, laughing, talking, getting to know people, the color orange and green, listening to music, going out to dinner, antiques, looking at old family photos and historic photos, but most of all I really love life!
